It’s so hard to take those steps. Those first steps. One of the truest things I ever heard was…no matter how far down the wrong path you’ve gone, you’ve gotta turn back. And it really is hard when you feel like you’ve gone as low as you can go to try to get back up again. It’s so easy to give up on yourself. But never giving up is the best thing you can do. It’s the most courageous thing you can do.
